Basic terms
1.1 This agreement is between the social platform services (hereinafter referred to as "FlowChat") provided by ALPHA VISION TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and its user (hereinafter referred to as "user") (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement").

User Information Terms
2.1 Our company respects the legal rights and free choice of authorized users, and will not collect and use user information in ways that violate laws, administrative regulations and this agreement, providing user information to third parties. FlowChat makes every effort to protect user privacy information, and cooperates with this "FlowChat User Service Agreement" to make more clear instructions and explanations for the acquisition, authorization and use of FlowChat user information. This policy is an integral part of the FlowChat User Agreement.
2.2 Special instructions: the option to delete user information. If FlowChat users find any inappropriateness or dissatisfaction during use, they can submit the account cancellation directly to the app.
FlowChat service usage rules
3.1 The user fully understands and agrees that: the user is solely responsible for all the behaviors of logging in with his account and using the FlowChat service, including all the user information he provides to our company, and all actions and events with his FlowChat service account.
3.2 The user agrees to strictly abide by the following rules in the process of using the FlowChat service:
（1）Comply with national laws, regulations, administrative rules and normative documents;
（2）Comply with all the agreements, regulations, procedures, notices, rules of use and other documents related to the FlowChat service;
（3）FlowChat service shall not be used for any illegal or criminal purpose;
（4）Not to use the FlowChat service in any form to violate the legal rights of FlowChat and its operators;
（5）Not to use the FlowChat service for any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
（6）Not to use the services provided by FlowChat to upload, display or disseminate any false, harassing, defamatory, racially discriminatory, abusive, threatening, pornographic or any other illegal information;
（7）The intellectual property rights such as patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, the reputation rights of third parties or the legitimate rights and interests of any other third parties shall not be infringed in any way;
（8）Guarantee the relevant information content displayed on the FlowChat service, including but not limited to the "2" article, the content in the "User Information Terms" does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and does not infringe the legal rights of third parties.
3.3 Our company has the right to review and supervise the user's use of the FlowChat service. If the user violates any of the above agreements when using the FlowChat service. Our company has the right to require users to correct or directly and unilaterally take all necessary measures to eliminate or mitigate any impact of user misconduct on our company, third parties, Internet services or public interests. Our company will not notify the user in any way before, during or after the above operation.
3.4 In the event of any of the following circumstances, the FlowChat operator has the right to interrupt or terminate the FlowChat service provided to the user under this agreement at any time without assuming any responsibility to the user or any third party, and the resulting loss shall be borne by the user independently undertake:
3.4.1 The personal information provided by the user is untrue;
3.4.2 The user violates the laws and regulations, national policies or the rules of use stipulated in this agreement;
3.4.3 The user fails to pay the relevant service fees for the paid service used by the user.
3.4.4 Users infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, enterprises, institutions or social groups, including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or name rights, title rights, reputation rights, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc.;
3.4.5 Users damage the image of regulatory authorities, state agencies and government;The user damages the legitimate rights and interests of the FlowChat operator and its affiliates in any way, such as the goodwill or reputation;
3.4.6 The FlowChat operator has other reasonable reasons to believe that it is necessary to interrupt or terminate the provision of the FlowChat services to users.
3.5 If the user chooses to bind the FlowChat account with the third-party account that the FlowChat operator cooperates with, in addition to the user unbinding the binding relationship, if any of the following situations occurs, The third-party account that the user has bound may also be unbound, and the FlowChat operator does not need to take any responsibility for the user or any third party:
3.5.1 The user violates the laws, regulations, national policies, and this agreement;
3.5.2 The user violates the third-party user agreement or its relevant provisions;
3.5.3 The site to which the third-party account belongs requires unbinding;
3.5.4 The platform or business to which the third-party account belongs has been shut down;
3.5.5 In accordance with laws and regulations, national policies or requirements of competent authorities;
3.5.6 The FlowChat operator has reasonable reasons to believe that it is necessary to unbind.
3.6 The user agrees that the FlowChat operator will place various commercial advertisements or any other type of commercial information in various ways (including but not limited to placing advertisements on any page of the FlowChat platform website) in the process of providing the FlowChat service.
3.7 The user agrees that our company has the right to change, suspend or terminate part or all of the FlowChat service at any time, and our company does not need to notify the user in advance, and our company does not assume any responsibility to the user or any third party for this.
Intellectual property rights
4.1 "Intellectual Property Rights" means all kinds of past valid, currently valid, or upcoming intellectual property rights related to the FlowChat Service, including but not limited to invention patents, trademarks, copyrights, utility models, designs, layouts rights to designs, trade secrets, other intellectual property and related applications.
4.2 Our company is the owner of all intellectual property rights related to FlowChat services, and enjoys and reserves complete and independent rights to all intellectual property rights included in the provision of FlowChat services, including but not limited to any text, pictures, audio, etc.
4.3 These terms will continue to be effective without the written consent of our company, and will not become invalid when the user closes the FlowChat service account or stops using the FlowChat service.
Other disclaimers
5.1 All information is provided on an as-is basis. All service information provided by our company is only provided in accordance with the status quo when such information is provided and is only for users' reference, our company does not make any promises and guarantees about the accuracy, completeness and applicability of the foregoing information. Users should make their own judgments on the information provided by us, and bear all risks arising from the use of the aforementioned information, including risks arising from any reliance or trust in the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the information. Our company is not responsible for any loss caused by any behavior of the user using the information.
5.2 For force majeure or reasons beyond our expectation or control (including but not limited to computer virus or hacker attack, system instability, improper use of accounts by users, and any other technology, Internet, communication line reasons, etc.) but not limited to the security of the user's computer information and data, the security of the user's personal information, etc., for any loss caused to the user or any third party, etc., our company does not assume any responsibility.
5.3 Due to the user's use of the FlowChat service in any way that is illegal or in violation of this agreement, including but not limited to the illegal, untrue, and inappropriate logging in to the website, and the infringement of any legitimate rights and interests of third parties, for any loss caused to our company or other third parties, the user agrees to bear all the liability for the damage caused thereby.
5.4 Our company and its partners do not make any form of commitment or guarantee for any and all content of the FlowChat service. The aforementioned promises or guarantees include, but are not limited to: the authenticity, merchantability, applicability for a particular purpose, any form of ownership guarantee, non-infringement guarantee, etc. of the FlowChat service. Our company does not assume any responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and subsequent damages caused by the above-mentioned uncommitted or guaranteed content.
Special warning for international use
6.1 You have understood the borderless nature of the Internet and agree to abide by all local laws and regulations on online behavior and content. You specifically agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the transfer of exported information in your country or region.
Other provisions
7.1 The FlowChat operator has the right to modify any terms of this agreement at any time. Once the content of this agreement is changed, the FlowChat operator will announce the revised agreement content on the FlowChat platform. Other appropriate means (such as system notifications) notify users of modifications.
7.2 If users agree with the modification made by the FlowChat operator to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using the FlowChat service. If the user continues to use the FlowChat service, it is deemed that the user accepts the modifications made by the FlowChat operator to the relevant terms of this agreement.
7.3 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement.
